The synthesis method of naphthalene high efficiency water reducing agent :

(1). Naphthalene was sulfonated at high temperature (160~165℃), mainly producing β-naphthalene sulfonic acid, but also a small amount of other naphthalene sulfonic acid;

(2). Add water to make α-naphthalene sulfonic acid hydrolyze off, make β-naphthalene sulfonic acid content increase;

(3). β-naphthalene sulfonic acid and formaldehyde condensation;

(4) Neutralization.

The application technology of naphthalene high efficiency water reducing agent :

1.The early strength and high strength concrete is prepared. When mixing 0.5%~1% naphthalene high efficiency water reducing agent according to the weight of cement, the water can be reduced by 16%~25%, and the corresponding concrete strength can be increased by 20%~50% (the early strength of concrete is increased by more).
2.The preparation of large flow concrete, when the naphthalene high efficiency water reducing agent for cement dosage of 0.2%~0.5%, the strength of concrete remains unchanged, can increase the slump of concrete to 10~25cm, used for gravity grouting, pumping concrete, can speed up the construction progress, improve the construction quality.
3.ave cement, under the condition of maintaining the strength of concrete does not decline, adding about 0.5% naphthalene efficient water reducing agent can save cement about 20%.
